Facilities Master Plan

To be eligible to receive School Facility Program (SFP) funding, school districts must prepare a five-year facilities master plan that meets Proposition 2 (AB 247) requirements. This is a State-driven compliance requirement intended to support long-term protection of state and local facility investments. The current FJUHSD Facilities Master Plan was established during the 2023/24 school year and will be updated annually for School Board consideration/action. Updates for 2026/27 are as follows:

  • A Facility Inventory was added per Proposition 2 requirements

  • Enrollment for 2025/26 was updated

  • The Deferred Maintenance plan was added per Proposition 2 requirements

  • The funding plan was updated to reflect the Series A and Series B bond transactions
